Biography:
Wang Li, born in September 1990, is a Doctor of Engineering, Associate Professor, and Master Supervisor. He Ph.D. degree from Hohai University and RMIT University and served as a postdoctoral fellow at China University of Mining and Technology, and is one of the young talents under the "Xingdian Talent Support Program" of Yunnan Province. He is currently the deputy director of the Department of Surveying and Mapping, School of Land and Resource Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology. He is mainly engaged in the research of GNSS meteorology, navigation and positioning, and space weather sensing. In the past five years, he has published more than 50 papers in well-known SCI journals, such as the Journal of Geodesy, GPS Solutions, Space Weather, etc. He has chaired over 10 projects, such as the Yunnan Provincial Talent Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province. His research results have been adopted by the International Association of Geodesy (IAG), and he has won the International Committee for Space Research (COSPAR) Young Scientist Award, the second prize of China Surveying and Mapping Science and Technology Award, the first prize of Outstanding Paper of China Society of Surveying and Mapping, and the Second Prize of Outstanding Paper of China Council of Geodesy and Navigation.
